Together, we believe there isn’t anything we cannot accomplish. The foundation partnered with sponsors and the community to host our Inaugural 5K, one of our largest fundraisers, on Saturday, September 4, 2021. The goal of the program is to ensure that boys and girls understand the importance and joy in reading during the summer months. They were able to select a minimum of four books and twin, juice flavored popsicles. The event took place Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. We look forward to next year’s event.

Location drop off included Major Pieces Boutique and One Accord Ministries, International. On Thursday, March 4, 2021, we donated 200 bags to the educators of Shelby County Schools. Additionally, Sunday, February 28, 2021, we collaborated with Jessica Reed of Reed Counseling & Consulting, LLC. and hosted an online mental wellness for educators. It was attended remotely by over 300 professionals.
